I focus on details more. My students study style matters for me a lot. I do follow syllabus but in my own pace. If we can complete it ahead of time we are good. Feedbacks matter I would rather quit the tuition then to waste my students time . I'll focus on the students hw, assignments and cw/cts along with their regular lessons. Letting a student grow on their own pace is very helpful that's what I believe. Each and every student have their own style of studying and decoding that takes time and I'm always ready to give them time
