IMy teaching is communicative and Task based .I engage students more in interactive activity after doing a NEEDS assessment to know the students needs and learning goals. I am detailed and can use all audio,visual,physical body and personal experience to teach. I am not culturally responsive and able to do lot’s of repetition drilling to get student to master topics and lesson taught. I do informal assessment after each lesson and weekly to document in students’PBLA. I work with the CLB book and levels to write lesson plan.
In conclusion, I use variety of instructional strategies to teach and allows plenty of students talk time to encourage their participation and expression in class.
