Rote learning is useless.. understanding the concepts and frequent tests are the key motivating factors in learning and teaching. I
teach according to the student's strength and weakness. I made a girl score 80% in 12 th std. The main thing a teacher requires in tutoring is time.. subscribe for more classes .. pay is secondary. Finishing the syllabus and attending tests and evaluation and reassessing is very important. I love to teach and I find happiness and satisfaction in the scores of my student. Having a interacting session is very essential. Thank you.
