I am a success - driven, passionate and child- friendly teacher. I have a positive influence on my students with lots of results to show forth. The ability to maintain eye contact with my students during teaching makes learning a lot easier for them. The ability to understand the psychological build- up of the students, to know what they are going through at the moment enable me to know the right methodology to use while teaching to make impact on the students. The frequent assessment at the end of each class makes me to know if effective teaching and learning has taken place. However, I am also open to criticism both from learners and fellow colleagues, as this helps to create a more friendly environment both with the learners and fellow educators.
