I would suggest every teacher should teach like he is giving his learned experience like to maintain a chain. I am also teach like this like my own child teach about the subject as well as morals in the life how to live how to obey of elder. I know subjective teaching is important but first of all every teacher should make his student a good personality man teach each and every aspect of life which you already encountered in your life.
In my life i gave 100% results in my student. If i am talking about my subjective knowledge so as of now i am working in corporate sector. so i didnt give only book knowledge to the student. I will teach how actual use of that theory in the practical life.
These all the thing makes me a great teacher which will be very helpful to every student.
