I teach through demonstration and practical exercises so that students are provided hands on learning experience. I teach through power point presentation, whiteboard as per the requirement. I possess understanding of accounting principles and financial statements .I have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. I utilize a variety of assessment methods including quizzes, assignment and exams so as to gauge student understanding and identify the areas where they need additional support. I believe in reflective teaching so that student can identify strategies for improvement. My students have scored 80 -90% marks in examination under my mentorship.
Moreover I am a adaptable teacher with different teaching styles. I am a supportive teacher who can provide a constructive feedback to the student so as to identify strengths and areas for improvement. I use case studies method so as to understand accounting in real world application, run a business kind of situation so as to understand the concept as an entrepreneur.
