I have been working in this tutoring field for more than 4 years and helped many students to achieve good scores in their subjects through a well disciplined manner, I haven't never judge my students according to their marks untill now and I always try to uphill the skill they have.I have tutored average, below average and above average students and now I know how to teach and handle the students according to their potential. I think that's what a real teacher need in her proficiency. Every child is different and they need difference in teaching also.
