I use learner centered approach, I repeat one concept untill the learner understand and I'm patient with my learners. What makes me a great teacher is the fact that I also listens to a learners point of view and I correct the learner with love.I make sure my learners are involved in the learning process and I open a friendly atmosphere where my learners can ask questions freely without the fear of being judged and they can also answer freely because I believe in learning where the learners are involved in the learning process and I create the environment where learners feel valued and appreciated.
