I have strong education background as I have m.tech and phd degree from IIT Roorkee. I have over more than three years teaching experience as a assistant professor post. My academic and professional journey has equipped me the skills to engage students and classroom. My teaching approach is student focused, interactive not only emphasize conceptual clarity but also practice knowledge based. I integrate modern tools, real life case studies to ensure that students are not just exam ready but also industries, projects and real life problems ready. Also I actively participated in assignment, projects and research collaboration. I regularly assess learning outcomes through continuous evaluation, personalized feedback and project based assessment, which have resulted in significant improvements in students performance and engagement.
