Myself Santhosh Kumar. Mathematics IITJEE faculty. I have an experience of 25 years in teaching. My methodology in teaching to make mathematics easy, enjoyful, shortcuts to create interest between the students. I will concentrate more on the areas where are weak in the concepts, chapters. Without giving pain, stress, strain I will apply different technique to inculcate the students towards the creation of interest in mathematics. To be honest I myself made teachers to learn the concepts effectively and right now they are good packages. Even many of students joined in different prestigious IITs and NITS, even they settled in good jobs earning good packages.
