I believe in partical learning. Concept understanding is more important. Learning should be in fun way. Students result are 100℅. We will do weekly test so I will come to know how much they have understood the concept. I also teach phonics. As phonics help improve reading skills. I also take handwriting sessions. I am good in arts and creativity. I also tell children to share there thoughts and ideas ( Eg. Tell us how was ur day, how you will spend your weekend, etc.) it helps to improve their thinking and creative writing skills.
