Apply for research grants, collaborate with industry and academic institutions, and lead funded research projects.
Guide B.Tech students in their research projects, dissertations, and thesis work.
3. Student Mentorship and Development
Act as a mentor and guide for students, providing academic, career, and personal counseling.
Encourage and supervise student participation in technical events, competitions, internships, and industrial training.
Support student development through club activities, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
4. Departmental and Institutional Responsibilities
Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits, and committee work (e.g., admissions, examination cell, accreditation, curriculum planning).
Assist in organizing seminars, FDPs, workshops, technical fests, and conferences.
Contribute to institutional initiatives such as NBA/NAAC accreditation, quality assurance, and academic benchmarking.
5. Industry Interaction and Collaboration
Build and maintain industry connections for internships, industrial visits, research collaborations, and placement support.
Keep abreast with industry trends and integrate real-world applications into teaching and research.
