Iam a kind of a person who always feel that learning process should always be fun. Only a calm and happy mind can think deeper. So my teaching mode has more connect to practical life. Teachers also learn in the process. Knowledge sharing with right strategy brings the result is what is my mode ... Ofcourse topped up with fun.

For example Maths and Accounts has more connect with our real life. So connecting ourself to the real life situation in every problem gives a better understanding is what I believe.
