Hey! I recently completed my bachelors degree in Engineering at University of Moratuwa and am expecting to graduate soon. Due to love and enthusiasm I have for teaching, I am interested in tutoring students (school-going, AL completed and undergraduate) preferably online. However, I could consider home visits as well.
I ranked 3rd in the island in the GCE A/L examination in 2019. Mathematics is my strongest pursuit, and I am interested in conducting classes for both advanced level and ordinary level students (both local and international syllabus). Additionally, I could also conduct classes for Physics, Science, University Mathematics modules, University Electronic/ Signal processing/ Machine Learning modules. I am also available for any help you might need to complete your university assignments. (Programming languages: Python, Matlab, C++, R)
My teaching style is tailored to each student’s needs. If you’re a quick learner, we can focus on time management strategies and refining your exam-writing techniques. If you find the subject challenging, we’ll work together to build a strong understanding of the fundamentals and focus on maximizing your score with the knowledge you have. I understand that not every teacher is the right fit for every student, so I always welcome your feedback. If at any point you feel the sessions aren’t helping, you’re free to discontinue.
