First of all I mingle with students, understand their problems and which way of teaching they like. I can use various methods of teaching as I have a thorough experience of handling different types of students. I make them feel free for any kind of communication related to subject. I have made so many students score a good marks who were weak in Chemistry because of lack of basic knowledge. Even some students like above have chosen Chemistry for their future career.
