My motivation is to give maximum effort for teaching medical terminology and make the students to successful professionals .And also creating lesson plans and digital content, delivering instruction via digital platforms, engaging students in virtual classrooms, providing feedback on assignments, tracking student progress, managing the online learning environment, and communicating with students, parents, and administrators. They are responsible.They are responsible for adapting teaching methods for the online environment, ensuring educational standards are met while fostering a positive and respectful learning space. An online teacher's job is a multifaceted one and includes being an advisor, cheerleader, coach, friend, guide, instructor, mentor, technology expert, social media influencer, and tutor each and every day.
