Hello! My name is Ibegbulam Chiamaka happiness, and I’m a passionate and patient online tutor specializing in Igbo and English language. I offer one-on-one private lessons through WhatsApp for students in Nigeria and abroad.

I focus on making learning fun, practical, and suited to your personal pace — whether you're a beginner, preparing for exams, or just trying to improve your everyday communication.

Since completing my secondary education, I’ve been teaching part-time, offline helping students build confidence in speaking, writing, and understanding both Igbo and English in a relaxed and supportive way.

Fee details

    ₦1,500–5,000/hour (US$1.09–3.65/hour)

    My standard rate is ₦1,500 per hour, especially for one-on-one lessons via WhatsApp.
    However, the fee can vary based on:

    Level of the student (e.g., basic vs. exam preparation like WAEC or NECO)

    Number of lessons per week (students who book more sessions may get a small discount)

    Subject being taught (Igbo language only may be lower than combined Igbo + English)

    I am also open to negotiating slightly depending on the student's situation or commitment to learning. All lessons are conducted online using WhatsApp voice, text, or video, depending on the student's preference.
