I am Sheetal, with 10 year of experience in Teaching. I believe in making foundation stronger by clearing basic concepts that helps in understand the subject better. I focus on methods to make the base strong which are often missed in the process of learning.

Developing Life skills is an essential part to live better version of our life. It helps to handle emotions, manage relationships, build resilience and conflict resolution.

I provide consultancy on Life skills - Developing Emotional Intelligence to Transform life. I provide individual sessions to discuss problems and challenges faced in our day to day life. Emotional support is offered with Active Listening. Strategies and methods are suggested to to overcome that problem. Constant support and regular feedback is provided.
