I am a dedicated and enthusiastic online educator with a passion for teaching and learning. I create engaging and interactive learning experience by using teaching styles and methodologies such as: synchronous learning to ensure that there is maximum interaction and understanding between the teacher and the learner.
Personalized learning and project-based learning to foster critical thinking, creativity and problem solving skills. I've helped learners achieve an average grade improvement of 20% through personalized learning and regular feedback and learners have shown significant improvement in problem solving through project based learning.
I am committed to providing regular feedback to ensure learners achieve their academic goals. I aim at creating an inclusive learning community which is learner-centered that will encourage active participation and growth.

    I was an assistant teacher at the school. I had a cooperating teacher who guided me throughout the term, I followed the teacher to class and observed the teaching methods used in teaching mathematics and chemistry
