As a tutor,the most important skill I have is the ability connect and create a tutoring relationship with my students. The first thing I do with any student is to get to know them,using my active listening skills to remember their hobbies and interests.
I am a great teacher and I have passion for education and an intense desire to impacts student's life positively. teaching provides me with the opportunity to empower young people and to help them develop their skills, knowledge and confidence.
I implore the flip style method during my online sessions. I provide homework before starting my class where students can read, watch, and review the content. Then i use class time for healthy discussions, debates, answering questions, group work, etc based on the homework materials.I like this teaching style because it enhances critical thinking, self-confidence, and listening skills. I have had the privilege of working with students with diverse learning needs. This made me have experience in modifying lesson plans to accommodate the needs of these students and ensure they have equal access to learning materials .
