I am Mr Gilbert and I am excited to be your caring, patient, knowledgeable and generous teacher, making my student’s academic success and enjoyment a priority with my nearly 20 years of tutoring experience.

I firmly believe that all students want to do better and a tutor's task is to figure out what is standing in their way. My approach begins with regarding the student as an individual with needs and circumstances that our lessons have to fit, understanding where the student is at and setting goals collaboratively.

I am ready to provide a one-to-one teaching experience in the areas of Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at grade levels 6-12.

    Preparing study material for topics according to curriculum.
    Guidance in further understanding of subject matter.
    Preparation for school and major examinations.
    Progress discussion with parents/guardians when required.

  • Adv. Diploma in Business Systems (Mar, 2002–Jun, 2003) from Spherion Institute (Sydney)

Fee details

    RM50–150/hour (US$12.59–37.78/hour)

    RM50/hour for IGCSE Year 7-9
    RM80/hr for IGCSE Year 10-11.
    Supplementary charges may apply depending on student's requirements or location.
