I myself is a keen learner, who deeply believes in sharing information. Open communication is a key tool that I use for my students to feel comfortable and raise queries without feeling being judged. I focus on making learning as a fun experience, which should attract learners from their own to raise curiosity on different topics. I give small tasks or better, I call it homework on current learnings. I intent on taking weekly tests on previous lessons taught in the session. Allowing my students to ask questions and ensuring that they too give me space to ask them question. Learning is a continuous process for both teacher and students. I believe personally that collaborative learning approach will not only bring flying colors on student's mark sheet but also will build strong characters and personality, which eventually will make a significant impact on child's personal and professional growth.
