I have been passionate about teaching since high school. I consider it a duty and my job is to find a way to get through to the student. Having serious troubles in my early academic years, I have learnt the hard way that every student is not the same. Apart from getting through to the student, I will also find a way to help the student to find a way to communicate the solution to anybody.

Patience is key. Teaching is not about speaking the solution, it is about sowing the seed and nurturing it. Everybody understands things in their own way and a true teacher needs to figure that out. Once the communication is established, it gets easier.
