I evaluate student understanding level then I teach them at their level so that they can grasp complex concepts.
My methodology of teaching is utilize books to explain concepts then solving some examples to check our understanding.
I have taught at various engineering colleges related to microwave engineering with good results.
I am not great teacher, just I am just helping students at their level so that they can understand and get confidence to learn concepts by themselves. I always try to help students by guiding them towards which help them.
