Depends on what level I teach. Majority for early years, I apply multi sensory strategy when includes the learning through several activities and hands on activities with a small section of inquiry based learning. Outcome always shows a student become proficient in core areas including literacy, numerics. Be able to gain self esteem which helps the students to be more socialize and to develop the skills of communication within society and even to encourage them to ask and explore together. Passion for teaching makes you a great teacher. I am more flexible in understanding people according to their personalities. I am a good listener and I create a safe and open environment for students. I'm patient with positive attitude.
