I am Alok Jha, I have been Teaching Physical, organic and Inorganic chemsitry for last 10 years In aakash and allen career institute.

I have produced several Good ranks and I am always empathatic to students need I try to adapt to students learning preference.

I have a philosophy, teaching is about making them think on their own. and therefore i focus on concept and reasons which is time consuming but only sure shot way of learning and never forgetting .
