I am a qualified professional in Information Science with a master's degree and currently a PhD candidate in Information Science at Jimma University. I have many years of experience teaching and mentoring students of Information Science and supervising their research work. I have actively participated in research and scholarly communication activities. Besides, I have extensive practical experience in library leadership and have made significant contributions to the development of OPAC, digital libraries, and institutional repository services. I have also been actively involved in the licensing and negotiation of e-resources.
