My teaching areas are Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Regression Analysis with System R, Mathematical Modeling, and Optimization using IBM CPLEX STUDIO and GAMS. I teach programming in Python. I like to involve students in large-scale projects in my classes, in addition to systematizing knowledge with numerous exercises of varying complexity. My teaching style is based on finding real-life problems to solve. A teacher's job is to show students the great potential of mathematics to model reality. What makes me an excellent teacher is that I have the ability to instill in students the curiosity and thirst for knowledge that will stay with me until the end of my days.
