I use learner centered approach method of teaching. I assist and guide students when needed. I use concrete teaching materials to explain some topics to make it more understanding to the student. I believe in making the lesson more practical so that the students remember and apply what they learn in their real lives.
Assessment and evaluation is very important. I do continuous assessment, after every lesson I do small task to check the understanding of the day's lesson, from the results I decide whether remedial is needed or not.. After every topic I also do an assessment, I do tests, projects, investigations and experiments.
It depends on the system that we will use, a termly and yearly assessment is needed for promotion.
