I must establish a strong caring teacher - student relationship in a friendly manner. I must help the students to challenge in thinking, reasoning and communicate their ideas and I will convey subject matter accurately and clearly. I will make the students to understand the concept by giving a lot of examples and real life experiences. I will encourage the students to do learning by doing. I will give practice problems to understand the concept very clearly. And, finally I should be a gatekeeper for various resources and delivers information to young minds.
