With 7 years of experience teaching both Chemistry and Mathematics, I’ve observed that many students struggle due to a lack of strong foundational knowledge—such as how to write chemical reactions correctly or how to apply basic logic and common sense in problem-solving, how to calculate very fast etc.

That’s why, from the very begining of my class, I strictly focus on building a solid foundation. I ensure my students master the basics needed to complete the entire chapter or syllabus confidently. For this purpose, i use mnemonics, useful but funny sentences, story telling etc. Once the groundwork is perfectly laid, we move on to extensive practice with a wide variety of questions. And I try to categorize things for better learning. I also assign homework that directly aligns with what’s covered in class, reinforcing their learning.

The results have been consistently impressive. Many of my students have gone on to become toppers—and having been a topper myself, that brings me great satisfaction. It’s always heartwarming when former students meet me and express their appreciation for my teaching style. Their success makes me proud and motivates me to keep giving my best.

৭ বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে কেমিস্ট্রি ও ম্যাথেমেটিক্স পড়ানোর অভিজ্ঞতায় আমি দেখেছি, বেশিরভাগ শিক্ষার্থীর মধ্যে ভিত্তি দূর্বল থাকে—যেমন, সঠিকভাবে রাসায়নিক সমীকরন লিখা, যৌক্তিকভাবে চিন্তা করা, দ্রুত গণনা করা ইত্যাদি।

তাই আমার ক্লাসের শুরু থেকেই আমি কঠোরভাবে বেসিক কনসেপ্টগুলো গড়ে তোলার উপর গুরুত্ব দিই। শিক্ষার্থীরা যেন পুরো চ্যাপ্টার বা বই আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে শেষ করতে পারে, সে লক্ষ্যেই আমি এই কাজ করি। এজন্য আমি ব্যবহার করি মজার মজার ছন্দ, মনে রাখার উপযোগী কিন্তু হাস্যরসপূর্ণ বাক্য, গল্প বলা ইত্যাদি। যখন বেসিক ভালোভাবে তৈরি হয়ে যায়, তখন আমরা অনেক ধরনের প্রশ্নের উপর ব্যাপক প্র্যাকটিস করি। বিষয়গুলোকে ক্যাটেগরাইজ করে শেখানোর চেষ্টা করি, যাতে শিক্ষার্থীদের মনে রাখা সহজ হয়। ক্লাসে যা শেখানো হয়, তার সাথে মিল রেখে হোমওয়ার্ক দেওয়া হয়—যা শেখাকে আরও দৃঢ় করে।

যার ফলে, ফলাফলও হয় চমৎকার।আমার অনেক শিক্ষার্থীই টপার হয়েছে - আর আমি নিজেও একসময় টপার ছিলাম, তাই এতে আমি গভীর তৃপ্তি পাই। যখন পুরনো ছাত্রছাত্রীরা আমার সঙ্গে দেখা করে এবং আমার পড়ানোর স্টাইলের প্রশংসা করে, তখন সেটা আমার বেশ ভালো লাগে
