I grew up in the UK and, after completing my industrial design degree, I returned to Hong Kong where I worked as a product designer for over a decade. Following that, I pursued a Master's program in Design Strategy at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Upon graduation, I joined the Hong Kong Design Institute as a Product Design Lecturer. Concurrently, I served as the Programme Leader for the Birmingham City University Top-up degree for a decade, during which I guided students to achieve numerous international design awards.

I possess extensive experience in design education, including teaching, tutoring, exam requirements, and grading criteria. I am well-equipped to enhance and deepen students' knowledge and skills in research and analysis, design concept generation, project development, and portfolio preparation.
