Hello

I started my own tuition business in 2017 and have never looked back. I absolutely love what I do and for me, the most important thing is that a student enjoys learning and feels confident. I truly believe that if we can work together and develop a love (well like!) for the subject, we will thrive. I currently teach 86 students every week and I do my best to treat everyone as individuals. Respect is a 2-way thing and I want my students to always feel comfortable with me rather than scared of me!

I have experience with the 11+ curriculum and help students prepare for both Grammar and Independent school exams. My students have then mostly stayed on with me and are now in Secondary School preparing for their GCSEs. I am confident in teaching GCSE Maths, English Language and English Literature. (Edexcel and AQA) For English Literature, my specialist areas are: An Inspector Calls, Christmas Carol, Macbeth, Lord of the Flies, Jekyll and Hyde and Power & Conflict in Poetry.
