I aim to create an environment which fosters kindness, allows your child to be comfortable to express their views, ask questions, and love learning. By concentrating on building a strong and positive relationship with your child from day one, they will feel safe and happy to access all learning opportunities. I love being able to assist the children to guide their own learning based on their interests. I am a firm believer in encouraging your child to use their initiative and develop their independence. This will facilitate their participation and develop a confident and willing attitude as they move up through their learning journey, and also in their later life.

To support your child, I will also look to build a good rapport with you as parents to celebrate achievements and if needed, address any issues or concerns. This will ensure your child has the best possible team around them to make the progress they need in all areas of their development.
