I am H. M. Mahfuzur Rahman, currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, UK, as well as B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemistry from the National University, Bangladesh. Alongside my academic journey, I have several years of experience in administrative and academic roles, and I have authored numerous journal articles in the fields of Human Resource Management, Technology Management, and Sustainable Development.
