I can use technology and group based learning .By this activity; The change of lower to medium and medium to higher achievement of students abilities have been seen. Easily understand students problems and ways that are particular to their work in a classroom. Think about student's culture and community. Very Good Confidence, classroom management is very good, good communication and fair and respectful teacher. Daily update your profession through activety.
