First I introduce the areas to be covered and the required topics/sub-topics. From there I assemble my teaching tools and materials. Once called upon I first talk with my clients on their most appropriate time for time allocation. Then I can either do a live tutorial online via zoom or Kennet or just do a video tutorial and upload through my e-portfolio so that they can assess and learn. Once they have the tutorial they can learn at their own allocated time I submitt tasks,assessment tests they give their responses at a specific time allocated then I mark them and give them their scores. In case there will be part they feel it is not well covered we can organise for a remedial to ensure no stone is unturned and that they are ready to undertake both their internal and external examinations much comfortably. Beyond education and class work I can also mentor them in preparation for outside class life and maybe future professional etiquette and competence. As a parent and a law abiding citizen I will be the upfront role model.

    1. Prepare the learning plans and session plans for units undertaken.
    2. Prepare lesson notes, assemble reference guides and other relevant leaning resources for effective training and mentoring activities.
    3. Deliver lecture/teaching and guidance to trainee as they undertake their electrical course in different levels, level 4 to level 6.
    4. Set,administer,mark and keep the scores of students performance records for the purpose of promotion and certification.
    5. Give the report of the progress of the students to the academic department through the HOD, and also advice on the areas they are requires and the materials needed for proper training/learning to take place.
    6. Mentor the students before sending them for their industrial attachment which is inclusive for one to be certified.

    Prepare learners for both internal and KNEC examinations.
