I facilitate learning by discussion and association. Discussion builts the students' communication skills making him/her more interactive. Association helps the students to clearly understand the purpose/function/mechanism of the concepts learnt. This also helps the students to retain their learning for a longer term.

Being able to practically apply the learning of theoretical concepts completes the learning cycle. My teaching of any concept is always supported by its application and reasoning.

Periodic assessments and evaluation of our learning is highly essential to keep a track of the depth of our understanding and retaining power. I believe in 360 assessment and evaluation that prepares the students thoroughly to attempt the questions framed in any given situation with confidence and have a scientific approach.

In addition to retaining knowledge and understanding and being able to apply it, using scientific langue is also vital. I am mindful of this while teaching and enable the students to communicate using correct scientific keywords.

I have been teaching since 8 years and have taught Chemistry across boards to CBSE, HSC, B.Sc, IGCSE and AS-A level students. My ex-students have successfully and happily completed their undergraduate courses securing good grades in the subject and most importantly they have developed love for the subject. A few of them are pursuing their majors in the field of Chemistry and doing Chemical engineering. I try my best to teach complex concepts in a simple way.
