Morethan 15 years, I have been working in INGOs in the capacity of:
Project (program) design,
Project feasiblity study
Project implementation
Research design, monitoring, evaluation
Data manuplation techniques and analysis using SPSS. I have also received TOT trainer on M&E, Project cycle managment, Research and Report writing etc. My expreance also includes development of learning materials such as handouts, presentations, manual and other resources. I have extensive expreance in designing and delivering highly interactive and engaging training sessions and evaluating training effectivness and making necessary changes as needed.
In addition to my expreance, I have Masters of Art (MA) in development economics and BA in economics from Mekelle university.
