I use different styles of teaching depending on the type of students (slow learner or fast learner), I will first observe the method that will suite the students in teaching them. I use different good methods like interactive, demonstration, collaborative, play way methods and so on. I use students- centered approach in teaching learner.
At the end of the teaching, after given the students classwork or home work to practice, I always have great results which makes me confident that knowledge has been passed or transfered to the students. This makes me a great teacher.
