Organize pre-conference workshops to ensure delegates are well-prepared for external events.
Conference Coordination and Representation
Prepare and lead the school delegation to external MUN conferences, ensuring all logistical, academic, and behavioral standards are met.
Serve as the point of contact between the host institution and the student delegation.
Leadership and Team Building
Foster a collaborative and respectful team culture that emphasizes diplomacy, professionalism, and global awareness.
Identify and nurture potential in students for chairing roles and leadership positions within MUN circuits.
Feedback and Evaluation
Provide personalized feedback to each delegate post-conference or training session to help them improve.
Maintain records of participation, achievements, and individual progress over time.
Event Management and Support
Assist in planning, organizing, and hosting internal or inter-school MUN events and workshops.
Oversee logistics, content, and coordination between various stakeholders during the event.
Professionalism and Institutional Representation
Represent the institution with integrity and professionalism in all MUN-related engagements.
Uphold the educational values of the school and ensure students reflect the same in external forums.
