My approach is built on passion, perseverance, and dedication. I've seen firsthand how these qualities can transform students' lives. Take, for instance, a student I worked with who was diagnosed with autism. At first, it was tough. He was hesitant to open up, and finding the right approach was a puzzle. But I didn't give up. I worked tirelessly to understand his needs, and slowly, we built a bond that went beyond teacher and student relationship to friends.

His mom was thrilled to see the progress he made, and what's more, he began to look forward to our sessions. That moment was a turning point for me, reinforcing my belief that every student deserves a champion who believes in them, no matter what.
