I'm a dedicated teacher having taught for more than 15 years in leading schools like Makini and strathmore. Through out my tenure,I have mentored many students both academic and social.I have on several occasions engaged learners through coaching both virtual and physical .My teaching approaches include discussions,demonstrations,observations, use of academic videos, realia and question and answer. After every strand,I give an assessment either oral or written. I use the assessment to gauge my students understanding. The assessment also enables me to gauge my way of approach when delivering content.Assesment may also call for remedial just incase my learners did not meet their targets.
