A dedicated and compassionate educator with a diploma in special needs education,and hands on teaching practice experience, commitment to supporting all learners including those with diverse needs, capable of creating inclusive learning environments,and applying individualized strategies to meet each learners unique requirements.also able to apply various teaching methodology,individualized instructions,task analysis,hands on learning and also, behavioural modification.some of the results achieved will be,improved learning outcomes,increased independence, positive behaviour changes,inclusive learning environments,and also skill development.I demonstrate some strong qualities that I can say,they make me a good teacher,empathy and patience, passion for teaching, adaptability, strong communication skills and classroom management.
