I'm a high professional individual who aims at providing necessary resources to enhance student engagement with materials for better performance. I'm cooperative in nature and works diligently. I'm friendly as well. I mostly use learner centered approach to teaching and vary depending on the nature and sensitivity of the subject matter. In my previous station, I have seen students excelling when learner centered techniques like group discussion, project work, practical work are used. However, the practicality I employ while teaching make learners get an excellent fit in the society since skills such as analysis, identification, problem solving are acquired by the learners. Most importantly, I always build friendly relations with students. For this reason, learners always find my lessons enjoyable since the content is broken down to enhance easy mastery.
