I have 36 years of mathematics teaching job.recently i retired from government service. This years result of my students in the Government run school is appoximately 93%.Encourages students to build their own understanding of mathematical concepts through exploration and problem -solving.Tailors teaching methods and resources to accomodate different learning styles and abilities within classroom.regular assesses students understanding and feedback toinstruction and support student growth.Encourages students to ask questions and explore mathematics concepts through investigation and research,In corporate tools like graphing,education soft ware and on line resources to enhance learning and engagement.
