I am a self-driven and self made teacher who begun teaching as an untrained teacher and due to quest for professionalism I first did my diploma in ECDE to be able to handle the beginners as well as the intermediate students. My quest did not stop there I enrolled for a degree program and specialised in Mathematics and Chemistry., Through my close to two decades of facilitation i pride in having motivated and inspired my students to excel in Mathematics as well as science related learning areas.
In my 2 years fellowship with an organization called Teach For Kenya I had an opportunity have an exchange program with other teach for global partners at Olesereni Hotel, this was a unique encounter as I networked with global teachers from over 60 countries where we were able to compare and contrasts systems of education around the world, I learnt a lot partaining to classroom management, integration of ICT to make learning more fun through applications like Ka hoot and quzzins.
Interaction with other students taking IGCSE fron USA has also made me learn how to handle and adapt to International students
