Hello I am a certified yoga teacher (yoga alliance USA) with 5 years of dedicated experience in guiding students through transformative yoga journeys. Trained in Nepal, the birthplace of authentic spiritual practice, I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga with a deep focus on pranayama and meditation. My goal is to introduce real yog—the union of body, mind, and spirit—beyond just physical postures.
