Firstly, I identify the potential/capability of the student in that subject. Then I involve the student when I'm teaching and also ask questions to ensure that the student is very keen and following up. I also repeat as many times as possible to ensure that the student understand well before I move on. When I complete a topic I subject the student a Random Assessment Test on the topic. I also ensure that I give the student assignment on a daily basis. Lastly I give him/her morale the he/she can make it
