 Lively and passionate teacher with experience developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering wide range of subjects (Sec 1 - 4 E Maths and A Maths, Combined Science, JC H1 and H2 Maths).

 Through my observations, the problems faced by many students are not always on the subject content itself. Rather, their studying habits, ways of presenting answers, or even self-management skills are contributing factors to poor results. I believe in communication and if we are willing to listen, we can help them in many ways. Many students who have graduated still remain in contact with me today.

     Prepare Student Progress reports quarterly for students as a form of communicating student’s progress to parents and making suggestions for improvement.
     Learnt how to combine online and face to face lessons in the same class.
     Reorganise and plan Curriculum for S2, S3A, and S4A classes and communicate with our franchisees to constantly improve our materials and ensure they are a better fit for our students.

     Partner of the company since 2009. Have helped the company, which was focused on primary school tuition, create the secondary school syllabus.
     Brought in my previous students from previous centre. In 2017, the company has achieved enough success to open 2nd and 3rd branches.
     Worked closely with other teachers, and other staff as I believed in helping them grow to their fullest potential (reference from fellow teachers that I have trained can attest)
     Mentored new teachers on classroom management, lesson planning, and activity organization.
     Incorporated multiple types of teaching strategies into classroom and developed comprehensive and effective teaching materials (Sec Maths and Science).
     Communicated frequently with parents, students to gather feedback and understand the students’ needs and fine tune our teaching methods.
     Curated tests to measure performance and progress of students, providing guidance for areas requiring improvement.
